Do you ship to my country?
We are currently shipping to EU all countries and selected other countries. We are expanding to new countries all the time.
Do I need to pay taxes/duties when I receive the shipment?
For orders shipped within the EU, you don't need to pay any taxes or duties when you receive the shipment. You will pay your local VAT when you check out. To see the VAT while shopping, you'll need to register to our store or you might have seen a notification that we ship to your country and by confirming it you'll see that VAT of your country. By default the prices include 24% Finnish VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes. However, you don't need to pay Finnish VAT (24%). To see pricing without VAT, you'll need to register to our store or you might have seen a notification that we ship to your country and by confirming it you'll see that VAT of your country
Do you have order tracking?
Yes - our logistics partner will send you an email after the shipment has been made with a link to the tracking site.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Move to shipping within Finland.
Please note that shipping time is calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and excluding the day when the parcel is shipped.
