Returns & Exchanges
CUSTOMERS IN EUROPEAN UNION
We offer a 14-day return policy to all of our products - we'll count the 14 days period from the day you have received the item.
To return or exchange a product:
1. Send an email to info@urbankitsupply.com, and let us know which product you wish to return or exchange.
2. Pack the unused product that is fit for resale into a package that will that can be the original packaging or another packaging that will ship safely back to Finland.
Please note that the package must be sent with postage paid by the customer.

Remember to enclose order number or your contact details with the return or exchange!
If you return a product, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage to the product during the return.
3. We will refund to you as soon as possible, however, no later than 14 days from the moment the return was received.
Please note: In the case you have received a wrong or faulty item, please attach pictures of the item(s) and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES
Please follow the instructions above to return the items and place a new order for the replacement. We will make sure you will only need to pay for one shipment even after the new order. Therefore it's important you'll email us first.
CUSTOMERS IN FINLAND
The customer has 14 days to exchange or return the order. This is only valid for products that are still in original unused condition and resalable.
When you return products, pack the items well, take it to the Posti or Matkahuolto and inform that it's a return package. You don't need to pay any postage fees, as we have a contract with Posti and Matkahuoltoa. Use the address given below with the Customer code (Asiakastunnus) to get the postage for free!
We will not reclaim Cash on delivery packages.
Please add following details to the shipment:
- order number
- your name
- your address
- your phone number
Free returns
Whether you want to use Posti or Matkahuolto for the return is up to you - it doesn't matter which option you used for the original purchase.

Returns from Posti's Parcel Point
If the package was delivered to a Parcel Point, you may return the package through any Parcel Point with the same code, that you used to pick it up. Write your contact details on top of the package (name and phone number). The return address is not needed. Take the package to the Parcel Point and follow the instructions.
If you don't have the code anymore, you may return the package through Posti's own office.
